Conda Cowley is the Sexy Vegan Wine Girl.  She is the mother of five beautiful adult children that she is extremely in love with. She raised them in a vegetarian,vegan and raw food environment.  She began her holistic, eat to live journey in 1984. After being constipated for nearly 2 weeks the doctor told her that if she didnt have a bowel movement, her bowels would lock and she would die and that hydrating/clensing her colon, coupled with changing her diet was imperative to live.  It became abundantly clear she needed to do something different so she looked at what her soul food diet primarily consisted of. She began to change one food item at a time.

The first thing she would eliminate was beef and pork.  Her digestive system was simply unable to process these foods. Then in 1997 she met a special girlfriend who inspired her to do the EXTREME! She inspired her to give up ALL animal products, become a raw foodist, start cleansing, detoxing, fasting, getting colonics to rid her body of unnecessary weight and toxins that were beginning the aging process and giving her an unwanted inner and outer body experience. This changed her life forever. She transformed her body from a size 16 to a size 4 in less than a year.  She has managed to wear clothing between sizes 4 and 6 since the 90’s. 

Today Conda/SVWG is a colon therapist, motivational speaker, holistic and law of attraction coach, and a vegan plant based chef.   She enjoys a fully nutritional plant-based vegan diet both cooked and raw. She advocates fasting, cleansing and detoxing the body four times a year to promote overall health and weight management.  While she enjoys utilizing her effective detox program, she finds great pleasure in supporting and participating in other holistic classes to advance her personal knowledge and continued inspiration.  She will continue help and inspire others achieve their weight loss and vegan plant-based dietary needs and goals.  Her life conversation is, “Live your best life ever and empower someone else to do the same".
